We cannot be responsible for melted chocolates that result from shipping delays or packages left unprotected or in the sun at time of delivery in hot weather. During hot weather we do our best to protect your chocolates. At times when temperatures are extreme we may, at our discretion, delay shipment until cooler temperatures are present. Granite State Candy Shoppe is not responsible for packages in poor and melted condition because it was left in a warm environment for delivery.
